Photography is a powerful asset for visual storytelling. It helps us show who the University of Kentucky is more fully and richly.
What we do:
As university photographers, our role is to document the UK experience by making images that tell the story of the University of Kentucky. We focus on student and campus life, classroom collaboration and activities through the lens of marketing needs of the university.
Our photographic services are for images and shoots that would have campus-wide interest across multiple departments. We shoot many of the photos you see on websites, UKNow stories, social media and marketing materials (including walls and video screens around campus).
We want to be there for the most visually interesting classes and most compelling parts of the UK experience! Please submit a photo request below if you feel our services would apply to you.
What we don’t do:
We do not cover individual college events, symposiums, guest speakers or award ceremonies. We can supply you with a list of freelancers to contact for those needs. If you would like references for freelancers, send in a request below asking for more information or email: ukphotography@uky.edu.
